Intentional Marks is new to Ruston, but Naomi Chaput has been teaching private art classes for over 3 years in McKinney, TX. Naomi works with artists from 4 to 10 years of age. Apart from art classes, Naomi has spent her career working with children, mostly in a Montessori setting.

At Intentional Marks Art Studio, children have the opportunity to explore all aspects of art, with an emphasis on the fundamentals of art and art appreciation. Even at a young age, students can learn much from studying the masters; replicating the technique and learning from the prominent artists and noteworthy art.

Students will be provided with the materials they need each class. Children are encouraged to be creative and use their imaginations and new found understanding of art fundamentals to create exciting, age appropriate artistic expressions.

Naomi has always had an easy way about her, and has a special ability to work with younger art students. She guides them in creating some very special masterpieces of their own!
