Hi, I'm Tia, a foodie from California.

Now, I am a foodie who appreciates a full course meal with flavor. My tongue palette is cultured, my favorite is Italian Pastas. When I am not eating or cooking, I enjoy baking and food art competitions. In the Summer of 2022, I published a cookbook, Make it Fancy, a book of mock recipes with flavor. "If it looks good, it tastes good," Tia says. The thing I love most about eating good food is the presentation. Today's presentation are of sort, some even serve you straight from the skillet. I love a good meal presentation. Even if it is a meal prep, I still appreciate my veggies separate from the entrée; you know, peas and carrots without the turkey gravy.
