The Make a Difference Project is built with the belief that movement has the power to change lives. Our goal is to use physical activity and community support to help people rebuild confidence, structure and purpose.
Whether someone is facing mental health challenges, overcoming addiction, or finding their way back into society after a prison sentence, we are here to support their recovery through movement, connection, and shared experience.
We're not here to replace existing services - instead, we work alongside charities, healthcare providers and community organisations to enhance the support already in place and help people take the next step toward long-term wellbeing.
