I started making music age 12, I couldn't wait to get home from school so I could jump on the computer and make some beats.
Over 30 years later and 20 years into a professional music career, I still love sitting in the studio and making music, it's still fun.
Now I know it makes me feel good for lots of other reasons too.
We as humans need a creative outlet of some form for our mental strength and agility from youth into old age
Whether you're writing, painting, dancing or whatever you enjoy, I hope you can find something creative in your life.
