This Privacy Policy describes how Lisa Braun, as an individual developer of the mobile application Money AI (the “App”), collects, uses, and protects your personal information.
This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.
Money AI is an AI-powered career navigation app that helps users discover income paths through personality testing and AI consultation.

When you use the App, we collect:
Account information: email address, password (encrypted), display name
Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive your email and name (never your Google password)
Test results: your answers to the career-type test, stored locally on your device
Chat history: messages you send to the AI consultant, stored locally and sent to Google Gemini API for processing
Subscription data: purchase confirmations from Google Play / App Store (we never store payment card data)
Technical data: IP address (used briefly for rate-limiting, not stored long-term)
Advertising data: we use Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect your device’s Advertising ID (a resettable anonymous identifier) and general device information to show relevant ads. You can reset or disable your Advertising ID at any time in your device settings.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, biometric data, or any sensitive personal information.
Your data is used solely to:
Provide personalized AI consultations based on your test results
Maintain your account and chat history across sessions
Process subscription payments and grant PRO features
Show advertisements through Google AdMob to support the free version of the App
Protect against abuse (rate-limiting, fraud prevention)
Improve the App’s accuracy and user experience
The App uses these third-party services:
Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) — stores your account securely
Google Gemini API — processes chat messages. Messages are not used to train Google’s models when sent via API.
Google AdMob (Google LLC) — serves advertisements within the App. AdMob may use the Advertising ID on your device to show personalized ads based on your interests. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings.

Render.com — hosts our backend server (no user data stored)
The App is free to use and is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob.
Types of ads shown:
Banner ads
Interstitial ads (full-screen)
Rewarded video ads (optional, in exchange for app benefits)
App open ads
AdMob may use your Advertising ID to deliver personalized ads. This identifier does not contain your name, email, or any directly identifying information.
You may opt out of personalized advertising at any time:
On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID or opt out of ads personalisation.
Opting out does not remove ads from the App; it means ads shown will be less relevant to your interests.
Account data: until you delete your account or request deletion via email
Chat history: stored locally on your device; deleted when you log out or uninstall
Subscription records: retained for 7 years as required by tax laws
Server logs: automatically deleted after 30 days
Advertising ID: managed by Google AdMob per their privacy policy; we do not store it on our servers
You can delete your account directly from within the App.
To delete your account:
Open the Privacy Policy in the App.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm your deletion request.
When your account is deleted, the following data will be removed:
Your account credentials
Your quiz results and answers
Your AI chat history
The following information may be retained where required:
Anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you personally
Information that we are legally required to retain
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Under GDPR and Georgian data protection law, you have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you
Correct inaccurate information
Delete your account and associated data (“right to be forgotten”)
Export your data in a portable format
Object to certain types of processing, including personalised advertising
Withdraw consent at any time

The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate personalized advice.
Please note:
AI responses are recommendations, not professional advice. Always verify financial, legal, or career decisions with qualified professionals.
AI may occasionally produce inaccurate information. We are not liable for actions taken based solely on AI suggestions.
Your chat messages are sent to Google’s servers for processing but are not used to train AI models.
You can report any inappropriate AI response using the in-app report button available under each AI message.
The App is not intended for users under 16 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect data from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us for immediate removal.
We use industry-standard security measures:
HTTPS encryption for all data transmission
Firebase-managed password hashing
Rate-limiting to prevent unauthorized access
No storage of payment card data on our servers
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Significant changes will be communicated through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
