There are a variety of add-ons which can be added to Google Sheets. This Link will open up the webstore for Sheets Add-ons. Below is an example of a Form used to evaluate the submitter's understanding of various Google items. The data is collected and 'scored' in the Google Sheet. Since this was used between two high schools and it will also determine the submitter's 'level' of understanding, various formulas are setup to determine which email template the submitter will receive. The submitter will also/has the potential to receive a themed badge(s) in the email directed to them. This setup utilizes two different add-ons: copyDown & formMule
