Biography
Hello! I am a PhD candidate in economics at American University. I am interested in questions that sit at the intersection of development and trade, primarily through the lens of political economy. My research explores the unequal dynamics of international trade and production, focusing on how structural imbalances in the global economy shape distributional outcomes and reinforce patterns of inequality.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Russian Studies from Truman State University (2019) and a Master of Arts in Economics from American University (2023). I expect to defend my doctoral dissertation in Economics by December 2025.
