Welcome to my website. I am an Assistant Professor at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.

I am affiliated with the Centre for Management in Agriculture, Brij Disa Centre for Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, Misra Centre for Financial Markets and Economy, and, Public Systems Group.

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.

I am an economist working at the intersection of accounting, finance, and management. My research is motivated by core welfare and managerial questions, often studied in development contexts where institutional frictions and resource constraints are most salient. By bridging micro-level behavior with macro-level welfare, I aim to inform both theory and practice.
