Mecid Teymurifer (Sefa)

Majid Teymourifar (Məcid Teymurifər), son of Yusuf (Safa) was born on the 5th of June 1951 in a litterateur family in the district of Tabriz called Davachi. After graduating from high school in 1971 and higher education at the Technical Department in 1976, he worked as a teacher for 26 years and then became retired in 2002. Since 1996, he has published scientific articles on literature and music. So far, he has published more than 200 articles and 18 books. He conducted research in the field of literature and fine arts for almost 40 years. In 1986, he began to learn the art of performing in the field of music, and writing poems. Since 2003, he has worked as a member of the founding staff of the "Class Association of Eastern Azerbaijan Musicians", and is considered one of the elected leaders and scientific group of this great association, which was created for the first time in the history of Azerbaijan. He participated in several seminars and international symposiums held in Iran and Turkey with scientific articles and books.
