These are two older heads (from the 1990’s) at both ends of the size, price, pro/consumer spectrum. The monster Slik Super Ball Head (SL-A2115U) for professionals is commanding and the small consumer Slik Standard Ball Head (SL-5) is quite solid for its size.
Both have been engineered and manufactured with high tolerances, attention to detail and outstanding function. Both are inexpensive in their bracket and made in Japan.
