To consider your floral order as guarantee, your floral order must be signed and sent back to your floral vendor at least 10 days prior to the event day.
Floral orders received within 10 days prior to the event day will be subject to flower type and color availability.
Upon receiving signed confirmation, changes in the order must be authorized and may involve a penalty fee.
Last minute cancellation involve a 100% penalty.
Re schedule your event may imply a penalty depending on the notification timeframe.
Payment must be submitted in full directly through the Resort Wedding coordinator according to their own established payment policies and procedures.
All prices are quoted in USD. Prices are subject to change without previous notification, those changes can be a result of sudden climate change as frozens, lack or excess of rain that affect the floral production fields.
In some circumstances, the catalog photos may represent a general theme, style and or include a unique vase or container that we are unable to replicate exactly.
Occasionally, (due to weather, seasonality and market conditions) we will be required to substitute flowers and or containers without prior notice.
Our experienced designers will ensure that, even though the flower may not match the photo exactly; the theme, style, and color palette will remain if substitutions of equal or higher value are utilized.
All flower containers and vases are provided as a rent to showcase your flowers, they belong to Essenza Riviera and will be under the couple“s responsibility, in case of missing or broken pieces at the moment of collecting them after your event, our staff will notify to your wedding coordinator to proceed with the replacement charge.
For linen rent, in case of loss or burn, the replacement payment is not negotiable. The quote will show the replacement price in each case.
Upon finalizing the location set up as per the contracted times and locations, the staff will leave the Resort and will return at the end of the event.
Guests are not allowed to move any type of floral arrangement or floral decoration with no exception, as it could cause accidents and is against the hotel's safety policies.
Client must request any additional assistance (like displacement of flowers from ceremony to reception) in advance to organize the staff schedules and involved charge (displacement of flowers fee starting at $100 USD, determined by the quantity of flowers to be moved).
In case of bad weather conditions, your onsite wedding coordinator must inform Essenza Riviera Staff the Back up location to avoid delays.
Upon having delivered the decor set up, Essenza Riviera staff is not responsible of last minute changes due inclement weather conditions change.
In case of cases of force majeure, Essenza Riviera will attach to the policies and protocols established by your Resort.
