AI Face Swap & Avatar (“Application”) is provided by codecareinfotech (“Service Provider”) as an ad-supported mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Application collects, uses, and protects information when you use the face swap and related features.
By using the Application, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
To perform face swap effects, the Application may access:
Your device camera
Photos and images you choose to upload from your device gallery
How your photos are processed
When you perform a face swap, the selected image is sent securely from your device to an external AI processing API to generate the result.
AI Face Swap & Avatar does not run its own image-processing backend server and does not keep copies of your photos on its own servers.
We send only the minimum data needed to perform the face swap (typically the image you choose and the technical parameters required by the AI service).
All communication between the app and the external AI API uses secure network protocols (such as HTTPS) to help protect your data in transit.
The external AI provider may temporarily store or process your images in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms of service, which are separate from this Privacy Policy. We do not control that provider’s internal data retention or model training practices, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policy for more details.
AI Face Swap & Avatar itself does not use your photos to create user profiles or to train its own AI models.
How long photos are kept inside the app
Inside the Application, photos used for face swap are kept only as long as needed to generate and display the result.
When you close or kill the app, previously used images are not kept inside the app.
Saving photos to your device
The Application allows you to save the processed image to your device’s gallery or file storage if you choose to do so.
These saved images are stored locally on your device under the control of your operating system and are not uploaded to AI Face Swap & Avatar’s servers.
The Application does not store user photos on its own servers.
When you use the Application, certain information may be collected automatically, such as:
IP address
Device information (for example, device model, operating system version)
App usage information (for example, screens viewed, time spent in app)
Crash information and performance data
This information is used to improve the quality, stability, and performance of the Application.
The Application:
Does not require you to create an account or register
Does not collect usernames, passwords, or email addresses for login
Does not maintain personal user profiles
The Application uses the following third-party services, which may collect data according to their own privacy policies:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Firebase Analytics (usage analytics)
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
These services may collect, for example:
Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID)
Device and app information
Usage data
Crash logs and diagnostics
These services process data on their own servers. We do not control how these third-party services handle data and recommend that you review their respective privacy policies on their official websites.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide and operate the face swap and related features
Send images to an external AI API to generate face swap results
Improve app performance, stability, and user experience
Display ads through Google AdMob
Analyze usage trends and understand how the Application is used

We do not:
Sell user data to third parties
Use your photos for our own advertising campaigns
Use your photos to build our own biometric database
Images are shared only as needed with the external AI processing service to provide the requested feature.
We may share limited information in the following situations:
With the external AI processing service to generate face swap results (images you choose to process are sent from your device to that service).
With third-party SDKs listed in Section 3 (for advertising, analytics, and crash reporting).
When required by law, legal process, or government request.
To protect rights, safety, or security, including detecting or preventing fraud or abuse.
We do not sell your personal data and do not share your photos with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
Photos used for face swap are processed and displayed, then cleared inside the Application when you exit the session or close the app.
If you choose to save a processed image to your device, that copy remains in your device storage under your control.
Automatically collected data (analytics and crash logs) is retained according to the default retention settings of the third-party services (such as Google/Firebase).

AI Face Swap & Avatar is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not designed for children under 13.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this Application.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information as soon as possible.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the Application and provided data, please contact us.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect your information. This includes using secure connections (such as HTTPS) when transmitting data between the app and external services.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Because we do not maintain user accounts and do not store photos on our own servers, most data is either:
Processed temporarily and then removed, or
Stored only on your device (for example, saved images in your gallery).
