Consumer Notice
If you are doing business in any way with a MAJE Properties, LLC representative that holds a Pennsylvania real estate license, that agent is required to disclose the license with you. This document does not obligate you to anything, or create any kind of a contractual relationship. It only states that the agent disclosed the license to you.
Lead Paint Information
MAJE Properties does not know of any lead paint issues in any of our properties, however we do hold properties that were built before 1978. We strongly encourage you to read through this pamphlet. If your house was built before 1978, we will also have a disclosure for you to sign that we made this document available to you.
Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951
Pennsylvania Landlord Tenant Laws are provided in the 68 P.S. Landlord and Tenant Act of 1951. The state statutes provide definitions of terms related to landlord tenant laws (also known as PA rental laws), the rights and responsibilities of landlords and tenants as well as violations and remedies under Pennsylvania Landlord Tenant Law. These laws generally cover issues from questions on a rental application form to conducting a tenant background check to security deposits, abandonment of personal property, renter’s rights, and much, much, more.
