How to request deletion
1. Fill in the request form below, or send the same request by email to hanif.appdev2024@gmail.com
2. Provide the email address, phone number, username, or user ID connected to your Majazi Star / فالوور گیر، لایک فالوور ممبر account so we can locate it.
3. We may contact you only to verify account ownership or to clarify the request.
4. After verification, we will process eligible deletion requests and send a confirmation when completed.
You do not need to reinstall the app, open the app, or delete the app from your device to submit this request.
What data will be deleted
When you request account deletion
We will delete or anonymize the app account and user data associated with that account, including where applicable:
profile information, such as name, username, phone number, and email address;
authentication and account identifiers used to sign in to the app;
app preferences and saved settings linked to the account;
in-app activity, service history, support messages, and uploaded content linked to the account;
other personal data collected by Majazi Star / فالوور گیر، لایک فالوور ممبر and linked to the account.
When you request data deletion only
You may ask us to delete app data associated with your account without deleting the account itself. We will review the request and delete eligible data that is not required to keep your account active, provide requested services, maintain security, or meet legal obligations.
Data that may be retained and retention period
Some limited data may be retained when necessary for legitimate reasons, such as security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, tax, legal, or regulatory compliance. Retained data may include transaction records, payment or invoice records, abuse-prevention logs, and records needed to prove that a deletion request was handled.
Account and app data eligible for deletion is normally deleted or anonymized within 30 days after verification.
Backup copies may remain for up to 90 days until they are overwritten or securely removed.
Financial, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained for up to 7 years where required or permitted by law.
Aggregated or anonymized data that no longer identifies a user may be retained for analytics and service improvement.
