How do I get started?
Open Tools and pick a module (Nature Vision, Food Genie, Resu-mAIte, Email Guru, etc.).
Give each tool the inputs it needs (e.g., paste a job post for Resu-mAIte, write key points for Email Guru).
Tap Generate to get results, then Copy or Share as TXT/PDF.
Why do I need camera/photos permission?
Nature Vision, Table & Calendar Scanner, and Crypto Chart Analyser use your camera or photos to analyze images. Images are processed only for the requested feature.
Why do I need Calendar permission?
The dashboard’s Today’s Events reads your local calendar to show your schedule. No calendar data is sent to our servers.
Where is my data stored?
Most content you enter (notes, tasks, job posts) stays on your device.
When you use AI features, your input is securely sent to our AI provider(s) solely to generate the output (see Privacy Policy).
I pasted a job post but the résumé didn’t generate.
Make sure your Profile / Experience / Education fields have basic info.
Check your internet connection, then try Generate again.
Email Guru didn’t include a call-to-action.
The CTA is automatic based on the Type you choose. For outreach/follow-ups/inquiries, a CTA is added; for updates/thanks/apologies, it’s usually omitted.
PDF export looks odd.
Ensure you’re viewing the exported file in a PDF viewer that supports embedded fonts. Try Share PDF again if needed.
If mAIte offers paid features:
Payment & trials: Managed via Apple’s in-app purchases.
Manage or cancel: Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
Restore purchases: On your iPhone, go to the app’s Settings and tap Restore Purchases.
(If we use RevenueCat for receipt validation, it’s only to manage entitlements—see Privacy Policy.)
App feels slow / output not returning: Force-quit and reopen mAIte, check Wi-Fi, then retry.
Camera/OCR issues: In Settings > Privacy, allow Camera/Photos access.
Calendar not showing: In Settings > Privacy > Calendars, allow access.
Resume dates formatting: Use the month–year pickers (e.g., Oct 2024).
To request data deletion/export for any cloud-processed items (e.g., analytics or purchase records), email blueatic.portal@gmail.com with the subject “mAIte Data Request” and include your Apple receipt email (for purchase lookups).

mAIte (“the App”) is built to be helpful while respecting your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
Text you type or paste (e.g., tasks, job posts, key points for emails).
Images you capture or select for Nature Vision, Crypto Chart Analyser, and Table & Calendar Scanner.
Optional contact details you type into résumé/profile fields.
Calendar entries (read-only) to show “Today’s Events.”
Local settings and tool preferences.
In-app purchase receipts via Apple. If we use RevenueCat, they receive anonymized identifiers to manage entitlements.
Crash/usage diagnostics may be collected by Apple/OS-level frameworks to improve stability.
We do not create user accounts and do not sell personal data.
To generate AI outputs you request (resumes, cover letters, email drafts, identifications, OCR). Your inputs are sent securely to our AI provider(s) (e.g., OpenAI) for processing and returned to your device.
To operate features like Calendar display or PDF/TXT export.
To manage purchases (Apple IAP; optional RevenueCat for entitlement verification).
To improve reliability through aggregated crash/diagnostic information.
When you use AI features, the specific content you submit (text, images) is transmitted to the model provider solely to fulfill your request. We do not train our own models on your data. AI providers process data under their terms and security practices.
On device: Most of your content remains on your iPhone/iPad until you delete the app or clear data in-app.
On our servers: We do not maintain user databases for your content.
Third parties: Purchase records (Apple, optionally RevenueCat) and AI request processing (e.g., OpenAI). These parties may retain logs per their policies.
We may share limited data with:
Apple (payments, diagnostics).
RevenueCat (if used) to verify subscriptions/entitlements.
AI providers to process your prompts and images.
We do not sell your data.
Permissions: You can revoke Camera/Photos/Calendar permissions in iOS Settings.
Delete content: Remove items inside the app or delete the app to remove local data.
Data requests: Email blueatic.portal@gmail.com to request deletion or export of any third-party records we control (e.g., RevenueCat entitlements).
Regional rights: If applicable (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), you may request access, correction, deletion, and portability by contacting us.
mAIte is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We use HTTPS for all network requests and rely on Apple’s in-app purchase system. AI and entitlement providers use their own security controls. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
If third-party processors store data outside your country, your information may be transferred internationally subject to their safeguards.
We may update this policy as we add features or change providers. We’ll update the Effective date above and, if needed, notify you in-app.
