General Terms (Main Points)

• If you are looking to commission me, please take the time to fill out my commission inquiry form.

• I generally work in about 8"x10", 600 dpi and the final product is in png format. I do not work in vectors or gif format at this time. I do NOT produce NFT's or the artwork for them. Do NOT contact me with NFT/AI work or use my art for NFT's or AI generators.

• I will draw OC's, real people, fanart, and NSFW (you must be age 18+), I do not draw complicated mecha, extreme fetish or anything against my moral views.

• All payment in USD via PayPal, Venmo, or Cashapp.

• The commission process is as follows, first come, first served for sketches, then ordered by payment submitted; inquiry form submitted> watermarked, lower quality sketch sent back to you via email> sketch approved by you> payment submitted to me> rendering process started and time quote given> I work on the piece> final piece emailed to you. 

Type of Commission

The majority of commissions that I sell are digital but I do traditional works as well! This work is done on physical paper or canvas with tools like pens, markers or paint. If this is something you’re interested in, please don’t hesitate to inquire as well! Please note in your description that you’d like a traditional piece instead, if this is what you’re looking for. Pricing may need to be adjusted and a charge for shipping your piece to you will be added. I may reach out for additional details like sizing and more. 

Digital works are typically done 8"x10", 400 dpi and the final product is in PNG format.

Subject Matter

• I will draw:

  • Fanart

  • NSFW 

    • MUST be 18 years of age or older to purchase. By inquiring and/or purchasing, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. If I find that you are underage, I will blacklist you immediately and block on all social media and any means of contact. I reside in the U.S. and abide by United States law and take this issue very seriously.

    • If I feel the subject matter is iffy, I will ask for age.

  • OC’s 

    • Visual reference(s) preferred. Descriptions work as well.

  • Anthro

  • Real People

    • Including you!

    • Drawn in my style.

    • Please provide at least one clear visual reference for this. Additional references may be requested.

    • Any personal references will be deleted upon total completion of your piece.

  • Extreme Fetish 

    • If you’re unsure, totally feel free to ask!

  • Hateful or bigoted content towards oppressed groups 

    • This includes homophobia, transphobia, racism, misogyny, anti-Semitism, Nazi imagery, etc.

• I reserve the right to turn down any commission inquiry for any reason. I will notify you if I decide to not do your commission.

Commission Process

• I work on commissions in the order that I receive them and from there, order that payment is submitted. Rush production of the piece is an option and will raise priority but will incur an additional fee. Rush production needs to be discussed beforehand to see if it is possible as well.

• Once the commission inquiry form is submitted, I will get back to you with any clarifying questions, a sketch and/or your position in my queue with an approximate time quote on when I'll be able to start your commission. From there a sketch or sketches will be provided, once the sketch is approved by you, I accept full payment before officially starting your piece. (Need a payment plan? Check my payment section for my info!) Final pieces will be emailed. 

• Works in progress can be provided, watermarked, lower resolution, upon the commissioner's request.

• Please be open to answering any clarifying questions about your piece throughout the course of my working on it. Work time may be prolonged based on your response time which is okay with me and just affects when the finished piece gets to you. I know life gets in the way, so slow response time is totally fine, just be aware of this.

• Minor changes can be made any step of the way. I want you to be completely happy with your piece. Major changes like poses or outfits, etc. will incur an additional charge.

• Commission process time varies based on things like: complexity of the piece, my health, family matters, holidays, life in general etc. I also do my best to keep weekends free for loved ones, personal projects and recoup time. Thank you for understanding. I will do my best to provide time quotes upon delivery of the sketch and payment discussion but these may not always be completely accurate and due to the aforementioned factors, may change. If this happens, I will do my best to keep you updated as soon as I can. 

Refunds/Cancellations

• The inquiry form may be used simply to receive a quote on a potential piece. This does not contractually obligate you to fully submit an order. 

• I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason and without explanation. Should I cancel, I will notify you and you will be refunded immediately, in full.

• You may also cancel the commission at any time. Explanation is not required on your part, but if you let me know the reason for your cancellation, we may be able to work out a solution that works better for both of us. If you cancel after payment excessively, I will provide a warning and if it continues, I will blacklist you.

• If you cancel your commission after payment has been made and before the piece is completed, a refund will be issued. Please allow me time to see and respond to your message before considering a chargeback. I’m more than willing to refund but may not do so immediately just on the basis of having not seen your message right away.

• If your commission is canceled, no final piece will be provided.

• If you decide to cancel after the piece is finished and sent, I unfortunately cannot issue any refund due to the nature of the product/service. If you decide to cancel after a piece is finished but before it is sent, I will issue a 50% refund due to the labor I've spent on your piece. No final piece will be provided, in this case.

• If you issue a chargeback after approval the entire time, you will be blacklisted. If you issue a chargeback with zero warning or not allowing me time to respond, you will be blacklisted. 

Copyright and Usage

• I retain full rights to the artwork created. While I do retain the rights to the artwork, I know that some commissions can be very personal so please indicate your posting preferences for me in the relevant questions.

• I reserve the right to reuse sketches and/or further elements that were rejected by you for future pieces, including future commissions. This excludes features personal to you or the subject if the subject is a real person. For example, I will not copy exact tattoos that you have onto someone else if you reject a sketch that shows them.

• You may NOT claim artwork to be your own, meaning you cannot claim to have drawn it or take credit for having made it.

• All artwork is for non-commercial/personal use ONLY unless commercial rights are properly purchased. Otherwise you are not permitted to use my artwork for printed goods, products, merch or marketing, etc.

• NONE of my work is permitted to be used as NFT’s even when commercial rights have been bought.

• NONE of my work is permitted for use in AI generators even when commercial rights have been bought.

• You ARE permitted to repost to social media, crop, resize, use as icon or wallpaper etc., and make as many personal prints as you like and even distribute as long as you are not profiting. If you repost anywhere, a tag and/or link back to me is much appreciated!

• I would prefer my artwork, itself, remain unaltered. Filters or are fine but altering the subject matter to be offensive is NOT permitted.

I would prefer for communication about your commission to remain in the google form or email for organizational/referential purposes but I don't mind contact on my social media as well. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions I have set. Failure to adhere to the terms that I have set will result in a warning, cancellation of your commission and/or blacklisting. I like to think that I’m fairly easy-going so please don’t hesitate to reach out and clarify if anything is unclear. I don’t abruptly withdraw if everyone involved is being professional, kind and understanding.
