Reports on this page should be of only species that are on the Maine Bird Records Committee review list (see list here - https://sites.google.com/site/mainebirdrecordscommittee/official-list-of-maine-birds). Once an individual bird is reported here, all updates on the bird, including positive and negative reports, should be comments under the original post, and not new posts.

All other posts will be deleted.

The purpose of this page (which is public and open for all to see), is to streamline reports of rare birds in Maine and keep up to date with all continuing vagrants. Once again, only one post per individual rarity will be kept on the page.
