These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Mailora mobile application (“the App”), developed and operated by Pankaj Kumawat (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Mailora is designed to help users write, improve, and manage text content using AI-powered assistance.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App for illegal activities

• Submit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

• Attempt to interfere with the App’s functionality

• Reverse engineer or copy the App’s technology

2. Artificial Intelligence Services

Mailora uses AI services provided by OpenAI to improve or refine user-submitted text.

By using AI features in the App:

• You understand that text you submit may be processed by external AI systems.

• AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or complete.

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it.
  
  

Users should avoid submitting sensitive or confidential information when using AI features.

3. Local Data Storage

All notes and generated content are stored locally on your device.

Mailora does not maintain a central server that stores user notes or personal content.

You are responsible for managing and protecting data stored on your device.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Mailora offers auto-renewable subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple via the Apple App Store.

Subscription terms include:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
  
  

Mailora developers do not have access to your payment information.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App—including its design, features, code, and branding—are owned by Pankaj Kumawat.

You may not:

• Copy

• Modify

• Distribute

• Reverse engineer

• Reproduce
  
  

any part of the App without written permission.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated suggestions are provided for assistance purposes only.

Mailora does not guarantee that generated text will be:

• Accurate

• Complete

• Suitable for professional or legal use

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before using it.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mailora and its developer shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect or incidental damages

• Loss of data

• Loss of business or profits

• Issues resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
  
  

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted within the App or on the page where these Terms are published. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
