Terms and Conditions for Mailbox Clubs

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Mailbox Clubs mobile application (the "Service") operated by us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mailbox Clubs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts and Authentication
Sign in with Apple: To use the Service, you must log in using your Apple ID. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. User Content and Mailclubs
Creation: Our Service allows you to create and manage "mailclubs." You are entirely responsible for the content, information, and activity that occurs within the mailclubs you create.
License: By creating mailclubs, you grant us the right and license to host and store this information on our servers solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
Prohibited Content: You agree not to create mailclubs that contain illegal, offensive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content. We reserve the right to delete any mailclub or terminate any account that violates these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated mailclub data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mailbox Clubs and its licensors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, be secure, or be available at any particular time or location.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mailbox Clubs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
