Automatic Setup
On your computer, open the Outlook email program, and click on the File It is located on the upper-left menu bar. Clicking on this option will open a new window on your screen.

NOTE: In case you are using the IMAP configuration method, you will need to use the following settings.
IMAP Port Settings
Incoming Port: 143, Outgoing Port: 587
Secure – Port: 993 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
Insecure – Port: 143 and Security Type: None
Not Selected: This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)
Use the following type of encrypted connection: None
Note: In case you are using Secure SSL / TLS Settings, you will need to select the checkbox next to “This service requires a secure connection (SSL)” option in both Outgoing and Incoming mails.
General SMTP Port Settings
Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS
Outgoing (SMTP) – Port: 25 and Security Type: None
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Insecure – Port: 587 and Security Type: None
After following the above-mentioned step, you will need to click on the OK button to save these settings. Then, simply complete the configuration process by clicking on the Next button and then on the Finish Your wowwayemail account will get configured on your Outlook 2016 email client.

NOTE: In case you are looking to configure your Roadrunner email account using IMAP, you will need to enter the following information in the provided fields.

Insecure – Port: 110 and Security Type: None

General SMTP port Settings

Once you are done entering the required details in the provided field as suggested above, you will need to enter the password in the provided field and click on the OK
As you will press the OK button, you will be able to access your wowway email account on Outlook 2016.
Go to the Application screen on your Android phone and tap on the Gmail app icon. This will open the Gmail application on your phone.
In the Gmail app, you will need to tap on your profile photo located on the top-right corner of the screen. This will open a small window on your screen.
In the window, you will need to tap on the “Add another account” option. This will open a new screen on your phone.
On the new screen that appears on your phone, you will need to tap on the Other As you will tap on the Other option, you will be directed to the next screen.
On the next screen, you will need to enter your email address in the provided field and select the Manual Setup You will be directed to the next screen where you will be prompted to select from two options – Personal (POP3) and Personal (IMAP).

Enter the password in the provided field and press the NEXT You will be taken to the screen.

Then, you will need to enter the SMTP settings for wowway email as suggested below:

Port is 25 for Outgoing SMTP
Outgoing (SMTP) Secure – Port: 465 for and Security Type: SSL/TLS
Outgoing (SMTP roaming server) Secure – Port: 587 and Security Type: SSL/TLS

After that, you will need to select the Done option and you can begin accessing your wowway email account on your Android phone.
Automatic Setup
Tap on the Settings icon on your home screen and select the Mail
Next, you will need to select the Accounts option and then select the Add Account
Then, you will need to select Other option from the menu and then select the Add Mail Account option from the given menu.
On the next screen, you will need to enter your Name, Email & Password and then click the Next
After that, you will need to select the POP option and scroll down to reach the Incoming Mail Server.

You may be prompted to verify the Incoming and Outgoing servers on the next screen. You can click continue for each option or tap “Details” and then tap the “Trust” button.
After that. Save the changes you made and then select this new account by going to the Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Now, you will need to select the SMTP server and check the SMTP settings as suggested below:

Use SSL is On. You can also turn it off and use the correct Port number as below.

Manual Setup
Open the Mail app on your iPhone and select Mail option from the toolbar at the top, and press Add Account
In the Add Account section, you will need to select the Other Mail Account option and set up your email manually.

Your Name: Enter your name. This would be the name that the sender would see in the email messages you send from this account.

NOTE: You can temporarily use the IP Address in place of Incoming & Outgoing Mail Server for domains still in transfer or propagation.

Ignore the 2 server identity messages > Continue. You can add the certificate to your trust settings to avoid seeing this message in the future.
Then, you will need to select any apps and then the Done option. Your Wowway email account will be set up on your iPhone.
