We are a member of and certified by  InterNACHI, (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors,) as well as certified by ICA, (Inspection Certificate Associates.) We are constantly expanding our knowledge to provide the best service to our clients.

TRAVEL CHARGE FOR PROPERTIES BETWEEN 50 - 69 MILES - $30

TRAVEL CHARGE FOR PROPERTIES BETWEEN 70 - 100 MILES -$65

Additional Outbuildings-Inspections of Sheds, Garages etc. - $50 and up

Overview-Inspection With Report - $250

Walkthrough Inspection (with Client/Realtor) and/or (Email w/ defects and pics)- $165

Minimum 2 walkthroughs per day, on (Pre-Offer Walkthrough) over 20 miles travel

These are added tools for realtors and their clients, helping to narrow down multiple property choices due to cosmetic issues or other concerns. Sellers could also take advantage of  knowing the condition of their home prior to putting it on the Market.

-The (Pre-Offer Walkthrough) and the (Overview-Inspection), are not a replacement for a Home Inspection.
