First: access to information. As your next CoCo, I will create a guide to the NJCL website which will include links to important and relevant pages. Think of it as a hub or dashboard: the first place JCLers will go to when they are planning their year, looking for monthly competitions, or even preparing for Nationals. This will help you engage more with all that JCL has to offer.

Second: access to each other. I want to connect JCLs to build a greater community. I will create a place for states to share the great ideas that happen at their conventions and throughout the year. This community sharing will help local and state officers learn from one another instead of reinventing the wheel. 

Third: access to collaboration. I was invited to be on the Illinois JCL podcast where I shared ideas about what we do with our JCL. It showed me how much we can learn from one another. As CoCo, I’d expand those kinds of community opportunities through different social media and connecting officer between states.
