Computer Vision is my most favorable area. I am intensely interested in tasks of computer vision which needs to be applied deep learning to solve the problem like Object Detection , Self-Driving Cars , Classification Tasks, Diagnosing diseases using medical images like tumor , and so on.
But I'm also fascinated by Neuroscience. For instance, Human Object Recognition , How Humans Feel Pain, Recording Dreams ,and Retrieving Thoughts from Brain and constructing them using a deep-based model and finally visualizing them.
Most of the algorithms are inspired by the nature. Brain is an endless resource for us to make algorithms and systems based on that. Deep learning is an obvious implementation of how brain learns. But this is a learning based on repeat. That means it needs to learn one thing over and over to reduce the loss- so the loss functions are designed for this purpose. We have different kind of learnings which are not implemented yet. Learning is just one simple example. However, I really like to understand the mathematics behind brain functionalities . By decoding neural activities and comprehend their meanings, it is possible to simulate such a thing in computer and create more intelligent agents.
