Circular Economy
In the near future, my business plan is that I want to desire to build the following plastic material recycling manufacturing industry and clothing-based recycling manufacturing Industry.
Plastic Material Recycling Manufacturing Industry:
Our Industry will buy all forms of post-industrial plastic scrap. This includes film, parts, preforms, bottles, purge, nonwoven, pipe, regrind, pellets, and resin. Our Industry can recycle all polymer types such as PE, PP, PET, ABS, PS, Nylon, PC plus other engineering grade resins. In addition, the Industry will also include services for any used or obsolete Gaylord boxes and super sacks from our suppliers. We will generate a variety of plastic regrinds and plastic pellets that are recycled from industrial plastic scrap. We will purchase scrap from manufacturers and recycle this plastic into pellets which can then be reused back in the manufacturing process. Extrusion and injection molders often mix our recycled material with virgin resin. This will allows manufacturers to lower their production costs and helps keep the world clean and green.
Clothing -based recycling Manufacturing Industry :
Our Industry Clothing recyclers use a variety of strategies for picking up clothing. Post-consumer clothing is picked up generally from bins placed in public places, as well as from clothing drives and door-to-door collection. Collected clothing is sorted and graded by highly experienced and skilled workers. Once collected, clothing is classified into three groups: reuse, rags, and fiber. Typically this is a manual sorting process that requires expertise in identifying various types of material. The process can be aided by such mechanical systems as conveyor belts and bins to segregate various grades of material. Textile fabric and clothing commonly consist of composites of synthetic plastics and cotton (biodegradable material). The composition will influence its method of recycling and durability. Collected clothing is sorted and graded by highly experienced and skilled workers. These sorted items are sent to different destinations as outlined.
Further down the line, in my factory, I will produce fabrics, carded, spun them into yarns, and transformed them into knit fabrics. Some fiber can be compressed for textile filling, like in mattresses. Recycled yarns can be reused to make luxury blankets, or even new wool, depending on the fiber quality.
