Privacy Policy

At Mahmood Dev Tech, protecting your privacy is a core principle. This Privacy Policy explains how our iOS and iPadOS applications, including PixvoraAI and Rodin AI ("Apps", "Services", "we", "our", or "us"), handle information when you use them.
Our Apps provide AI-powered video, image, and 3D model creation while collecting as little information as possible. We process only what is needed to provide the features you request.
1. Information We Collect
We do not ask for, collect, or sell personal information such as:
• your name
• email address
• phone number
• physical address
• GPS location
• contacts
We also do not:
• use facial recognition
• create biometric identifiers, face templates, or face maps
• build facial recognition databases
• sell or share your information for our own advertising
Information we do process:
a) Content you choose (only when you tap Generate)
The photo(s) you select, your text prompt, and any effect or style you pick. These are sent only to the AI provider needed for that feature, to create your result (see Section 2).
b) Anonymous subscriber data (subscribers only, in Apps that use credits, such as PixvoraAI)
Our Apps have no sign-up or login. When you buy or restore a subscription, the App creates a random anonymous user ID that contains no name, email, or phone number. With this ID we store:
• your plan, credit balance, and billing-period dates
• a record of each generation: credits used, status, refund status, and the link to the generated video
• any Report or Dislike you submit: the reason and the related video link
We use this only to manage your credits, refund failed generations automatically, and review reported content. Free users are not registered, and none of this is stored for them.
c) Data kept only on your device
Your list of created videos, saved images, and cached app content (such as onboarding videos and effect thumbnails) stay on your device. They are not uploaded to us.
d) Advertising (free users only)
We use Google AdMob to show ads to users without a subscription. Subscribers see no ads. We do not use advertising identifiers for our own purposes. Google AdMob may collect device information, IP addresses, advertising identifiers (only with your permission), and ad interaction data to show and measure ads.
2. AI Content Processing and Third-Party Recipients
Each App uses only the provider(s) its features need. Before your content is sent for the first time, the App shows a "Your data & AI services" screen that explains what is sent and to whom. Nothing is sent unless you tap "Agree & Continue". You can choose "Not now", and nothing will be sent.
PixVerse API (AI video)
• Data sent: the photo(s) you selected and your text prompt or chosen effect.
• Purpose: to generate your AI video.
• Result: PixVerse hosts the generated video, and the App streams it from there and lets you save it to your device.
• Processing: governed by PixVerse's Privacy Policy and API terms (pixverse.ai).
Google Gemini API (AI image)
• Data sent: your text prompt.
• Purpose: to generate your AI image.
• Result: the image is returned to your device.
• Processing: governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Gemini API terms (policies.google.com/privacy, ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms).
OpenAI API (AI image)
• Data sent: your text prompt and, for photo-based features, the image you selected.
• Purpose: to generate or edit your AI image.
• Result: the image is returned to your device.
• Processing: governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy and API terms (openai.com/policies).
Meshy AI API (AI 3D models – Rodin AI)
• Data sent: the image you selected and/or your text prompt.
• Purpose: to generate your 3D model.
• Result: Meshy hosts the generated 3D model and textures, and the App downloads and displays them so you can view or save them.
• Processing: governed by Meshy's Privacy Policy and API terms (meshy.ai).
We do not keep your photos or prompts on our own servers. We do not use your content for:
• AI model training
• advertising or marketing
• behavioral profiling
• facial recognition
• selling to third parties
3. Face Data Disclosure
Photos you choose may contain faces.
• What we collect: we do not collect, store, or analyze facial geometry, face templates, biometric identifiers, or facial recognition information.
• How it is used: a photo containing a face is used only to create the video, image, or 3D model you requested.
• Sharing: the photo is sent only to the AI provider for that feature (PixVerse, OpenAI, or Meshy AI), only when you tap Generate and have given permission. Their processing is governed by their own policies.
• Retention: we do not keep your photo on our servers. On your device, it stays only in places you choose (for example, your photo library).
4. Device Permissions
Photos
Lets you select a photo for AI creation and save your results (videos, images, or 3D model previews) to your photo library or Files. Only the photo you pick is used.
Camera (only in Apps that offer it)
Used only when you choose to take a new photo for AI creation.
App Tracking Transparency
After the splash screen, the App may ask for permission to track for advertising. You can decline and still use all the App's features. Your choice only affects how ads are personalized.
5. Third-Party Services
Our Apps use these services. Each has its own Privacy Policy and terms:
• PixVerse API: AI video generation (receives your photo and prompt).
• Google Gemini API: AI image generation (receives your prompt).
• OpenAI API: AI image generation (receives your prompt and, where used, your image).
• Meshy AI API: AI 3D model generation in Rodin AI (receives your image and/or prompt).
• Supabase: secure storage of the anonymous subscriber data in Section 1b, and of App content such as effects and onboarding videos (https://supabase.com/privacy).
• RevenueCat: checks your subscription status using the anonymous ID (revenuecat.com/privacy).
• Apple In-App Purchase: payments and subscriptions.
• Google AdMob: ads for free users (policies.google.com/technologies/ads).
6. Content Safety and Reporting
Prompts and photos are checked by our AI provider's content moderation, and unsafe requests are blocked. Every AI result has a "⋯" button with Report and Dislike options. We review reports and act on them. We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes or exploits minors, promotes violence, or causes harm.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
• Photos and prompts: not stored by us.
• Anonymous subscriber data: kept while you use the App, so your credits and refunds work correctly.
• Deletion: email us and we will delete your subscriber data. Uninstalling the App removes all data stored on your device.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, UK, or United States), you may have the right to:
• access, correct, or delete your information
• restrict or object to certain processing
• withdraw your consent at any time

10. Purchases and Refunds
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store. Apple processes all payments, and we never receive your card details.
• Credits: if an AI generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Refunds: App Store refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you have a technical problem, please contact us first and we will try to help.
11. Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access rules on our servers ensure each user can reach only their own data. No online system is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
12. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Apps, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The Effective Date above shows the latest version, and important changes will be announced in the App.
