Zenplaylab ("we," "us," or "our") operates the mobile game Mahjong Zen (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how data is handled when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect and Receive
While our App does not allow you to create a traditional account using a custom username and password, certain data is automatically processed or retrieved to ensure core game features work correctly:
• Personal Info (Name and User IDs): If you sign in via Google Play Games Services, the app retrieves your public nickname/gamertag and assigns a unique account User ID. This is strictly used for leaderboards, achievements, and syncing your game progression.
• Financial Info (Purchase History): When you make an In-App Purchase (IAP), the transaction is securely handled by Google Play Billing/Unity IAP. We do not see your credit card details, but your basic purchase history is tracked to validate and unlock your virtual items.
• App Info and Performance (Diagnostics): We collect crash logs and device performance diagnostics to troubleshoot issues and maintain game stability.
2. Information Shared with Third Parties (Advertising)
Our App uses third-party advertising networks and mediation services (including Unity LevelPlay / ironSource) to deliver in-game advertisements. To provide personalized advertising, track ad views, and prevent fraud, these networks may collect and share:
• Device or Other IDs (such as the Android Advertising ID / GAID)
• App Activity (such as ad interactions, views, or clicks)
These third-party SDKs process data according to their own respective privacy policies. You can manage or reset your Advertising ID via your Android device settings.
3. Data Encryption and Security
All data transmitted by our integrated third-party SDKs (Google Play Services, Unity) is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to ensure security.
4. Children's Privacy
Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.
