Parlour Mahjong ("the App") is operated by Peter Xie. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What We Collect
- Account Information — When you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address (or Apple's relay email) to create your
account. Guest players are assigned an anonymous identifier with no personal information.
- Gameplay Data — We record game results including wins, losses, scores, tile hands, and achievements. This data is used to display your profile,
game history, and leaderboard stats.
- Purchase History — If you make an in-app purchase, we record the transaction ID, product purchased, and coins granted. We do not store your
payment method or billing details — all payment processing is handled by Apple.
- Diagnostics — We collect crash reports and performance data through Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix bugs. These reports may
include device model, OS version, and app state at the time of the crash.
How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the game experience
- To display your profile, stats, and game history
- To process in-app purchases and grant virtual currency
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To prevent fraud and abuse
What We Do NOT Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising or tracking
- We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or microphone/camera access
Data Storage
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (US) and protected with industry-standard encryption. Game data is associated with your account
identifier and retained as long as your account is active.
Your Choices
- You can play as a guest without providing any personal information
- You can change your display name at any time in the app
- To request data deletion, contact us at the email below
Children's Privacy
The App is rated 12+ and does not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Delete Your Data
To request deletion of your Parlour Mahjong account and all associated data, email parlour.support@proton.me with the subject "Delete My Account"
and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
