On Wednesday night, September 24th, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., we will have a reception for all players, past committee members, volunteers, and philanthropic patrons. The event is RSVP and limited parking.

September 25th, Thursday morning sign-in begins at 8:00am. The first round will begin at 9:00am. There will be three rounds of play in the morning which will be followed by a break and fabulous lunch. After lunch, we will resume play with two additional rounds.  

After the last round, we will announce the winners of the chance drawing items. Please join us, a Signature Cocktail will be available, should you decide to unwind.

We will host a Thursday Night Mini tournament on the evening of September the 25th. Due to time constraints, it will be two rounds of play starting at 7pm. Top three winners will split 50% of the registration fees collected. It is full.

Don't forget to sign up for the Second Chance Friday prior to the start of play!!! And we atrat playing at 8:00am!!!

This is an opportunity for those of you who may have had a bad Thursday to still win cash.   Second Chance will tally the scores from Friday morning, and for those who have enrolled, the top scores for that day only will receive a cash prize.

Friday morning, Sept 26th, we will start at 8:00 a.m. and play three rounds. We should conclude play around 11:30.  Once the rounds are completed, we will announce the 50/25/25 drawing winners as well as the Mah Jongg Tournament winners. The day's festivities should wrap up by 2:00-2:30pm.
