This Privacy Policy explains how Arkh Dev ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with Mahjong Merge ("Mahjong Merge", the "Game", or the "App").
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information may be processed when you use Mahjong Merge.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Mahjong Merge does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide your name, phone number, address, or other profile information in order to play.
The Game stores certain gameplay and preference information locally on your device, such as:
- game progress;
- Journey progress and completed levels;
- Endless mode scores and records;
- sound effect preferences;
- music preferences;
- other settings required to provide the Game experience.
This locally stored gameplay information is primarily used to save your progress and preferences on your device.
2. ADVERTISING AND AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
Mahjong Merge uses Google Mobile Ads to display advertisements.
When advertising services are used, Google Mobile Ads and related Google advertising technologies may automatically process certain information, which may include:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate a general location;
- device or advertising identifiers;
- information about interactions with the App and advertisements;
- diagnostic and performance information;
- app launch and usage interaction information.
This information may be used for purposes such as:
- providing advertisements;
- measuring advertising performance;
- analytics;
- preventing fraud and abuse;
- improving advertising services.
The information processed by Google and its advertising services is subject to Google's own privacy policies and data practices.
3. CONSENT AND PRIVACY OPTIONS
Depending on your country or region, Mahjong Merge may display a consent message provided through Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).
Where required, you may review or change applicable advertising privacy choices through the "Privacy Options" feature available in the Game's Settings menu.
The availability of Privacy Options may depend on your region and applicable privacy requirements.
4. REWARDED AND INTERSTITIAL ADVERTISEMENTS
Mahjong Merge may display interstitial advertisements at appropriate points in the Game.
The Game may also offer optional rewarded advertisements. If you choose to watch a rewarded advertisement, you may receive an in-game benefit such as a Hint, Undo, or additional moves where that feature is available.
Watching a rewarded advertisement is optional.
Advertising availability may depend on network availability, consent status, geographic region, and Google advertising services.
5. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
Information processed in connection with Mahjong Merge may be used to:
- operate and provide the Game;
- remember your local gameplay progress and settings;
- provide advertising;
- provide optional rewarded-ad features;
- maintain stability and performance;
- identify technical problems;
- prevent fraud and abuse;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
6. HOW INFORMATION MAY BE SHARED
We do not require users to submit personal profile information to play Mahjong Merge.
However, information processed through third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads may be collected, processed, or shared by those providers according to their own privacy policies.
We do not control the independent privacy practices of third-party service providers.
7. LOCAL GAME DATA
Gameplay progress and settings may be stored locally on your device.
Examples include:
- Journey progress;
- Endless records;
- Best Score;
- Last Run information;
- music preferences;
- sound effect preferences.
This information is used to provide the Game experience and is not an online user account.
Because Mahjong Merge currently does not provide a cloud-account system, deleting the App, clearing the App's storage, resetting your device, or changing devices may result in loss of locally stored game progress.
8. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
Locally stored Mahjong Merge gameplay data generally remains on your device until:
- you clear the App's data;
- you uninstall the App;
- the operating system removes the App's stored data; or
- the Game replaces or resets the relevant local information as part of normal gameplay.
Because Mahjong Merge does not currently require account creation, there is no online Mahjong Merge account that needs to be deleted.
If you contact us by email, we may retain your correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain support records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
Information processed by third-party services such as Google Mobile Ads is subject to the retention and deletion practices of those providers.
9. DATA SECURITY
We take reasonable steps to design Mahjong Merge so that it only uses information necessary for its functionality.
Third-party services used by the Game maintain their own technical and organizational security measures.
However, no electronic storage, device storage, or internet transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Mahjong Merge does not require players to create an account or directly submit personal profile information in order to play.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Mahjong Merge currently uses Google services related to advertising and privacy consent, including:
