Card Hawala (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our mobile application handles user information and how we comply with global advertising standards.
Card Hawala is designed as a tool to create and manage transaction cards.
User Data: All transaction details (names, amounts, phone numbers, and images) entered into the app are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit this personal information to any external servers.
Advertising Data: The app uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and process certain data to provide personalized ads and analyze performance. This data includes:
IP address and Device Identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID).
Approximate location (city level) to serve relevant ads.
Interaction data (clicks and views) within the advertisements.
We comply with international privacy regulations, including the GDPR (Europe) and US State Privacy Laws.
Consent: Upon opening the app, users in applicable regions will be presented with a Consent Message. You can choose to allow or deny personalized advertising.
Sensitive Categories: We have manually blocked ads related to gambling, alcohol, dating, and other sensitive categories to ensure the app remains suitable for our target audience.
3. Device Permissions (Updated) To function correctly, the app may request the following permissions:
Internet Access: Used solely to fetch and display ads via Google AdMob.
Gallery/Storage Access: Used only to allow you to select a logo or save a generated card image.
Camera: Used only if you choose to generate or scan a QR code within the app.
Bluetooth & Nearby Devices: Used specifically to search for, connect to, and print your cards via Bluetooth Thermal Printers. The app does not collect or store any data from your paired devices.
The app integrates the following third-party SDK:

Card Hawala is intended for a general audience (18+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Our ad settings are configured to exclude mature-only content that would be inappropriate for general use.
Since your transaction data is stored locally on your device, the security of that data depends on your device’s security settings. We recommend using a screen lock to protect your information.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

9. Printing Features Card Hawala supports printing your generated cards directly to compatible Bluetooth thermal printers.
Local Processing: The data sent to the printer is processed in real-time and is not stored on any cloud server or shared with third parties.
Hardware Interaction: We only access the Bluetooth signal to establish a handshake with the printing hardware. We do not access your phone’s call logs, contacts, or other unrelated Bluetooth-connected devices.
Permissions: To use this feature, the app requires "Bluetooth" and "Nearby Devices" permissions. These are used strictly for discovering and communicating with your printing hardware.
