Support groups bring together people who are going through or have gone through similar experiences. Our online submission portal gives you a platform to share your story with complete anonymity with the followers of our page. You can also share your story by emailing us at contactmahac@gmail.com
It helps in realising that you are not alone. This realization usually brings about a feeling of relief, by gaining the understanding for perhaps the very first time in their life that others have similar concerns and are there to help and encourage you.
MAHAC as a support group, will share resources and coping mechanisms for dealing with harassment and abuse, and encourage members to share their success stories.
