Terms of Use for Magyar Billentyűzet
Effective date: September 11, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Magyar Billentyűzet, including its containing App, keyboard extension, services, and related features (collectively, the "App").
The App is provided by Future Dot Soft (the "Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Apple's applicable license terms.
1. License and Permitted Use
The App is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable Usage Rules, you receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.
You may not:
- copy, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or commercially exploit the App;
- reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to derive its source code, except where applicable law expressly permits this;
- interfere with the App, its security, or its backend services;
- use the App to violate applicable law or the rights of another person; or
- attempt to obtain unauthorized access to data, services, or systems.
2. Keyboard Functionality
The App provides Hungarian keyboard input, suggestions, autocorrection, and related typing features.
Suggestions and corrections may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing text before sending, publishing, submitting, or relying on it. The App should not be relied upon to enter passwords, payment instructions, legal documents, medical information, emergency messages, or other information where an incorrect character or correction could cause harm.
You remain responsible for all text and other content you enter using the App.
3. Full Access
Certain features may require the iOS "Allow Full Access" permission so that the keyboard extension and containing App can use shared on-device storage.
The keyboard's basic input functionality is intended to remain available without Full Access, although shared settings, QuickFill, learning, or similar features may be limited.
Granting Full Access does not change your ownership of your content. Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. QuickFill and Locally Stored Content
You may choose to save information for quick insertion. You are responsible for deciding what to store.
You should not store passwords, payment-card details, authentication codes, or other highly sensitive credentials in QuickFill. Anyone who can access your unlocked device or keyboard may be able to view or insert saved values.
5. Optional Analytics
Analytics sharing is voluntary and disabled by default. Refusing or withdrawing analytics consent does not remove access to paid or basic App functionality.
When enabled, analytics may be used only to operate, evaluate, secure, and improve the App and its keyboard functionality, as described in the Privacy Policy. Analytics will not be used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
6. No Account
The App does not offer or require an account, and there is no sign-in.
Benefits for early users of the App, if offered, are determined from Apple's record of your original download. Purchases and subscriptions, if offered, are made with your Apple Account and are available on your devices signed in with the same Apple Account.
The "Felhasználó törlése" (Delete user) control at the bottom of the App's main screen permanently deletes the personal data stored on your device, such as QuickFill values and learned words, and turns analytics sharing off. Keyboard preferences, purchases, subscriptions, and benefits determined from Apple's records are not affected. It does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions are managed in your Apple subscription settings.
7. Purchases and Subscriptions
If the App offers paid features or auto-renewable subscriptions, the price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms will be displayed before purchase.
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled through your Apple subscription settings within the period specified by Apple. Refunds, billing, cancellation, and restoration of purchases are subject to Apple's applicable terms and policies.
We do not directly receive or store your payment-card information.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, its software, design, branding, dictionaries, documentation, and original content are owned by the Provider or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual-property rights to you.
You retain any rights you hold in text or information you enter using the App.
9. Third-Party Services
The App may rely on services provided by Apple and backend infrastructure providers such as Supabase. Availability and operation of those services may be governed by separate third-party terms.
We are not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.
10. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App to improve functionality, maintain security, comply with law, or respond to technical or platform changes.
We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device, iOS version, language, region, or third-party application.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business, or opportunity arising from use of or inability to use the App.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death, personal injury, or mandatory consumer-protection rights.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by disabling the keyboard, deleting your data in the App, or deleting the App.
Your license may terminate if you materially violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including intellectual-property, warranty, liability, and dispute provisions—will remain effective.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Provider, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws of their country of residence.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you retain all mandatory rights and remedies available under the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, its services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version and effective date will be published on this page.
If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide notice where required by law.
16. Apple Standard License Agreement
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's standard "Licensed Application End User License Agreement" (EULA), available here:
https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
These Terms supplement the Apple Standard EULA. If there is a conflict, the Apple Standard EULA and mandatory applicable law will govern to the extent required.
