Situation
We Work, an Coworking and Workspace Solutions company, wanted to prove itself as the ideal partner for your business to flourish, providing a complete structure for work, meetings and, mainly, networking, in an environment favorable to connections between companies and people to form partnerships and grow their businesses.

To expand its share by attracting entrepreneurs and people who want to endeavor, but have not yet taken the first step, the company was working with the concept "Do what you love" and was looking for a bold way to communicate.


Task
There is an understanding that many people want to start a business, but remain stuck in jobs that are not stimulating.

We saw an opportunity to reach this audience with the "Do what you love" concept, as they are potential entrepreneurs needing a push - and a place -  to do what they love, the way they believe.

Action
We created the concept DEMITA-SE (Resign), encouraging people to quit jobs that does not fully satisfy them to seek the work they dream, in the way they believe to be the best for themselves and for the world.

RESIGN. Create a world where you can have a life, not just a job.

RESIGN. Do what you love, the way you do best: your way.

We created the strategy of being where these people were, passing on messages of encouragement to work with what they love in the moments when this desire is most latent: their work routine.

We spread indoor media in elevators and televisions in commercial buildings, and OOH in street clocks and subway stations in neighborhoods where there is a massive concentration of offices.


In addition to offline, we developed a specific campaign to Linkedin, and other in Uber, mapping commercial areas with calls after 9 pm.


We've also created an app with a step by step program for you to resign and a podcast with successful entrepreneurs telling their stories from their resigning to the success.
