About Us

Hi, we are Ellen and Natalie founders of Magnolia Thrift by BLS Sustainable Club. We started Magnolia Thrift in early December of 2021 when we began running the Boston Latin School Sustainable Fashion Club. Our clubs and thrifting sites' mission is to reuse and recycle clothes and to make our community a better place. We donate at least 10% of all of our profits to women and family shelters, to help and empower women, which is why we chose magnolias, as they are a flower that represents the empowerment of women. In addition, we donate clothes directly to woman's shelters, whether they're handmade, made new, or donated to us. We are very passionate about helping to stop the spread of fast fashion, and providing for our community.
