Magnific True Cost is a Chrome extension that converts generation credits into monetary costs and helps users calculate video-project expenses.
Users may voluntarily enter:
Number of credits purchased
Amount paid and payment currency
Generation credit prices
Project names, budgets and generation quantities
Planned, generated and approved video counts
Magnific True Cost does not collect credit-card numbers, banking credentials, passwords or authentication information.
All credit-package settings, generation prices and project information are stored locally on the user’s device using Chrome’s local storage system.
This information is not transmitted to the developer, sold or used for advertising.
When a user requests a live exchange rate, the extension connects to the Frankfurter exchange-rate API at api.frankfurter.dev.
The request contains only the selected currency needed to retrieve the exchange rate. Credit-package information, project information and generation data are not sent to Frankfurter.
As with any internet request, the service provider may receive standard technical request information such as the user’s IP address. Its handling of that information is governed by its own policies.
Magnific True Cost does not sell, rent or transfer user data to third parties. Information is used only to provide the extension’s cost-calculation features.
Users can delete their saved information by clearing the extension’s Chrome storage or uninstalling the extension.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the extension’s functionality or data practices change.
