📦 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Standard U.S. shipping is a flat $6.95 for regular online orders.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing BEFORE shipping. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available.

Bulk orders of 50+ magnets may have separate shipping costs, which will be included in your personalized quote.

📍 FREE LOCAL PICKUP

FREE local pickup is available in Harrah, Oklahoma! ✌️

Select Local Pickup at checkout and provide a valid phone number (including area code) in your cart's Order Notes so we can coordinate pickup arrangements.

Please allow up to 5 business days for processing BEFORE pickup. We'll contact you when your order is ready to arrange a pickup location and time.

Pickup is by arrangement only. Please do not visit the listed mailing address for pickup.

💖 RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to their personalized nature, custom photo magnets are final sale, except when an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For eligible non-custom items, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

If there's a problem with your order, email shop@magnetic-vibes.com within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review it and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.

 ✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Need to change something? No worries! ✌️ Please contact us at shop@magnetic-vibes.com as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations may be accepted before production begins. Once your custom order has entered production, it can no longer be changed or canceled.

If Magnetic Vibes must cancel your order, you'll receive a refund for any amount paid toward the canceled items.

 📸 YOUR PHOTOS & CONTENT

By uploading photos, logos, or designs, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it for your order.

Magnetic Vibes reserves the right to decline orders containing unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material, illegal content, or inappropriate designs.

Your uploaded images are used to create and fulfill your order. We will not use your personal photos for advertising or social media without your permission.

Customers are responsible for the quality and resolution of their submitted images. We'll do our best to create beautiful magnets, but final print quality depends on the original image provided.

Magnetic Vibes collects information needed to process and fulfill orders, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping details, and uploaded photos or designs.

We use this information to process payments, create your products, communicate about orders, and arrange shipping or local pickup.

We work with trusted service providers, including NINEMAGS, Stripe, and Shippo, to operate our store and fulfill orders. These providers may process information according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell your personal information or use your uploaded photos for advertising without permission.

We retain information as needed for order fulfillment, customer service, and legal or business requirements. To ask about your information or request deletion where applicable, email shop@magnetic-vibes.com.

📋 TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order with Magnetic Vibes, you agree to our store policies, including shipping, returns, cancellations, and photo usage.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to update prices, products, and availability or decline orders involving unauthorized content, suspected fraud, or other legitimate business concerns.

Custom magnets are handmade, so slight variations in color, cropping, or placement may occur. We strive to make every order look its best!

If we cannot fulfill your order, we'll contact you and arrange an appropriate refund. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
