AVENQU LABS built POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle as an ad-supported mobile puzzle game with an optional one-time premium purchase.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle on supported mobile platforms, including iOS and Android.
1. INFORMATION HANDLED BY THE APP
POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle does not require users to create an account.
AVENQU LABS does not directly request or collect your name, email address, telephone number, contacts, photographs, files, precise location, or payment card information through the game.
The game may store information locally on your device, including:
• Game progress and completed chambers
• Current chamber and gameplay preferences
• Sound, ambience, and haptic settings
• Hint usage and other gameplay state
• Premium entitlement status used by the game
Local game data is used to provide gameplay, preserve progress, and remember your settings. AVENQU LABS does not upload this locally stored gameplay data to its own servers.
You may remove locally stored game data by clearing the app's storage where supported or by uninstalling the app.
2. ADVERTISING
The free version of POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK to provide rewarded advertisements and interstitial advertisements.
Rewarded advertisements are shown when a user voluntarily chooses to watch an advertisement in exchange for an additional hint. Interstitial advertisements may appear after eligible chamber completions.
Google Mobile Ads may automatically collect or process information such as:
• IP address, which may be used to estimate general location
• App launches, taps, advertisement views, video views, and other app interactions
• Crash logs, diagnostic information, and performance information
• Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available and permitted
• Advertising data, such as advertisements viewed
• Information used for advertising, analytics, security, and fraud prevention
Where required by applicable law or platform rules, the game may request consent or provide privacy choices before certain advertising technologies are used.
On Apple devices, access to tracking-related identifiers or cross-app tracking may also be subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency requirements where applicable.
Users may manage advertising and privacy preferences through available device, platform, and Google privacy controls.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES
POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle may offer an optional one-time premium purchase.
On iOS and iPadOS, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.
On Android, purchases are processed through Google Play where available.
AVENQU LABS does not directly receive or process your full payment card information.
Apple or Google may provide the game with purchase status and entitlement information so that premium access can be activated or restored.
4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle may use third-party services including:

• Google Mobile Ads SDK
• Google User Messaging Platform, where applicable
• Apple App Store and in-app purchase services

AVENQU LABS takes reasonable measures to protect the game and its users. However, no electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
POLEBOUND: Magnet Puzzle is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13 and is not designated as a Kids Category app.
AVENQU LABS does not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
