About the author
Greetings, I'm Magius Swiftscale, and I live as an engineer by day, and an author by night. When I'm not working on gas turbine engine components or raising three kids along with a super supportive wife, I'm usually at work at my PC, writing. Three cats attempt to lend motivation by perching on my PC case, but I've yet to convince them to write for me.
My current series releasing on RoyalRoad is Newly Broke Heroine, a fantasy slice-of-life story with weekend adventuring. It's about a woman trying to find her center after being brought to a magical world, and coming to terms with her past, while also dealing with a king who dumped an unfair tax trap on her. It's a story that quickly grew on me, and has slowly grown a steady following since its release.
