These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MagikAI mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using MagikAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

MagikAI is an AI-powered photo and video editing application that allows users to upload images and generate creative outputs, including but not limited to:
Face dance videos
Face swap using provided templates
AI art transformations
Background removal and replacement
Object removal
Image enhancement
Future baby image generation (for entertainment purposes only)
All features are designed for creative and personal use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MagikAI.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. User Content & Permissions
3.1 User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any images or content you upload. You agree that:
You own the content or have the legal right to use it
You have obtained necessary consent from any individuals appearing in the content
Your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
3.2 Prohibited Content & Misuse
You agree not to use MagikAI to:
Create or distribute non-consensual, misleading, or deceptive content
Impersonate or misrepresent any individual
Create sexually explicit, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
Violate privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights
Misuse AI-generated content for harmful or unlawful purposes
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
All AI-generated results are artificial and for entertainment or creative purposes only
Outputs may be inaccurate, fictional, or altered
The Future Baby feature does not provide medical, genetic, or scientific predictions
MagikAI does not guarantee realism, accuracy, or suitability for any specific purpose
5. Data Processing & Privacy
Images are processed only when you choose to upload them
Processing occurs securely on servers in memory only
Files are not stored and are deleted immediately after processing
User content is not used for advertising, analytics profiling, or AI training

6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, and branding, belong to MagikAI or its licensors.
You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
MagikAI does not claim ownership over user content.
7. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MagikAI for personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.
8. Third-Party Services
Some features may rely on third-party services for processing. These services are used only to provide app functionality and are subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
