This privacy policy applies to ContactShare and ReferralFlow, developed by Magiera Studios ("we," "us," or "our").
What Data We Collect
When you use ContactShare:
Contact Information You Select: When you choose specific contacts to refer, the names and phone numbers of those selected contacts are uploaded to our secure server. We never access or upload your full contact list — only the contacts you explicitly choose.
Review Content: If you leave a review through the app, we store your star rating and review text.
When you use ReferralFlow:
Account Information: Email address, name, and password when you create an account.
Business Data: Referral records, customer information, and team data you enter.
How We Use Your Data
Selected contact data is used solely to create referral records for the business representative you're connected with. It is shared only with that business's team.
Account data is used to provide the ReferralFlow service, including login, referral management, and team features.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud database platform with encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized users within the business organization you're connected with.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
You can decline contact access in ContactShare — the app will inform you that this feature requires contact permission.
You can delete your ReferralFlow account through the app settings.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
Supabase — Database and authentication
Brevo (Sendinblue) — Email delivery for account verification
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Children's Privacy
Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
