Thank you for using MagicPhotoAnimator (hereinafter "the App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles and how.

1. Developer Information

The App is developed and provided by an individual developer

(hereinafter "Developer").

2. Information We Collect

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The Developer does not collect any personal information from users

through the App.

The App processes the following data locally on your device only:

・ Photos and Images

 → Selected by the user or taken with the camera.

   These are processed locally on your device to generate animations.

   The images are never uploaded to the Developer's servers or any external service.

・ Generated Animations (GIF, WebP, MP4)

 → Saved to your device's storage (Gallery or app-specific storage).

・ Settings and App State (MagicPoints, configuration, etc.)

 → Stored in on-device DataStore / Used to persist preferences.

All of this data is stored and processed on your device only and is never transmitted

to the Developer's servers.

Note: Google AdMob may collect the Android Advertising ID and other

information for ad delivery purposes.

See Section 4 for details.

3. App Permissions

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The App uses the following permissions:

・ CAMERA

 → To capture photos for animation directly within the App.

・ READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

 → To select photos from your device's gallery.

・ WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android 9 and below)

 → To save the generated animations to your device's gallery.

・ INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

 → Required for Google AdMob banner and reward ad communication.

4. Advertising Service (Google AdMob)

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The App uses Google AdMob, provided by Google LLC, to display banner and reward ads.

The App displays personalized ads through AdMob.

Personalized ads may be served based on your interests and preferences.

[Information AdMob may access]

AdMob may technically access the following for ad delivery:

・ Android Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID)

・ Device type and OS version

・ IP address (used for approximate region detection)

・ App bundle ID

・ Ad interactions (impressions, clicks, etc.)

This processing is performed by AdMob, not by the Developer.

[How to Opt Out of Ad Personalization]

If you prefer not to receive personalized ads, you can disable this in

Android Settings:

 1. Go to Settings → Google → Ads

 2. Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"

Ads will still be displayed after opting out, but they will not be

targeted based on your interests.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

The Developer does not sell, provide, or disclose users' personal

information to third parties.

No third-party services other than AdMob (as described above) are used

to collect or process data.

6. Artificial Intelligence

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The App does not use any server-based artificial intelligence (AI) technology

to process user data. All image processing and animation generation are

performed locally on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The App is designed to be safe and suitable for users of all ages,

including children.

The Developer complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection

Act (COPPA) and other relevant privacy laws.

We do not collect any personal information from any users, including

children under the age of 13.

All image processing is performed locally on the device, ensuring

that children's photos are not transmitted over the internet or

shared with third parties.

8. Security

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

The Developer is committed to protecting the confidentiality of your

information.

Since the App does not transmit or store personal user data on any

server, there is no risk of server-side data breaches.

9. Data Retention and Deletion

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

All data stored locally on your device by the App (settings and cached files)

is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.

Generated animations saved to your shared Gallery remain on your device

until you manually delete them.

Since no data is stored on the Developer's servers, no action is

required on the Developer's side for data deletion.

10. Changes to This Policy

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

This policy may be updated without prior notice.

In the event of significant changes, we will notify users via an app

update.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the

revised policy.

開発者は、本アプリを通じてユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。

本アプリが処理・保存するデータは以下のとおりであり、すべてデバイス上でローカルに処理されます。

・写真および画像データ

 → ユーザーが選択、またはカメラで撮影した画像。

   これらはアニメーション生成のために端末内でのみ処理されます。

   開発者のサーバーや外部サービスに画像が送信・アップロードされることは一切ありません。

・生成されたアニメーション（GIF、WebP、MP4など）

 → 端末の共有ストレージ（ギャラリー）またはアプリ専用領域に保存されます。

・各種設定およびアプリ状態（マジックポイント、設定など）

 → 端末内 DataStore に保存 / アプリ状態の維持に使用。

これらのデータは端末内のみで保存・処理され、開発者のサーバーには一切送信されません。

なお、広告配信のために Google AdMob が Android 広告 ID 等を収集する場合があります。

3. 利用するパーミッション

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

本アプリは以下のパーミッションを使用します。

・CAMERA

 → アプリ内で直接写真を撮影するために使用します。

・READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE

 → 端末のギャラリーから写真を選択するために使用します。

・WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE（Android 9 以下）

 → 生成したアニメーションを端末のギャラリーに保存するために使用します。

・INTERNET / ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE

 → Google AdMob のバナー広告およびリワード広告の通信等に使用します。

4. 広告サービス（Google AdMob）について

本アプリはバナー広告およびリワード広告を表示するため、Google LLC が提供する

Google AdMob（以下「AdMob」）を使用しています。

パーソナライズ広告では、ユーザーの興味・関心に基づいた広告が配信される

場合があります。

【AdMob が収集する可能性のある情報】

AdMob は広告配信のために、以下のような情報を技術的に取得することがあります。

・Android 広告 ID（Google Advertising ID）

・デバイスの種類・OS バージョン

・IP アドレス（おおよその地域判定に使用）

・アプリのバンドル ID

・広告への操作（表示・クリック等）

これらは AdMob による処理であり、開発者は取得・閲覧できません。

【広告のパーソナライズをオプトアウトする方法】

広告のパーソナライズを希望しない場合は、Android の設定から無効化できます。

 1. 設定 → Google → 広告

 2. 「広告のパーソナライズをオプトアウト」をオンにする

オプトアウト後も広告は表示されますが、興味・関心に基づくターゲティングは

行われません。

5. 第三者へのデータ提供

開発者は、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に販売・提供・開示することはありません。

本ポリシーで説明した AdMob 以外に、データを収集・処理する第三者サービスは

使用していません。

6. AI 技術について

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

本アプリは、ユーザーのデータを処理したり機能を提供したりするために、

サーバー通信を伴う人工知能（AI）技術を使用していません。

すべての画像処理およびアニメーション生成は、お使いの端末内でローカルに実行されます。

7. お子様のプライバシー

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

本アプリは、お子様を含む全年齢のユーザーが安全に利用できるように

設計されています。

開発者は COPPA（児童オンラインプライバシー保護法）等の関連法規を

遵守しており、13 歳未満のお子様を含むいかなるユーザーからも、

意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

また、すべての画像処理は端末内でローカルに行われるため、

お子様の写真がインターネット上に送信されたり、第三者と共有されたり

することは一切ありません。

8. セキュリティ

開発者はお客様の情報の機密性を保護することに尽力しています。

サーバー側でのデータ漏洩リスクはありません。

9. データの保持と削除

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

本アプリが端末内に保存するデータ（設定や一時キャッシュ等）は、

ユーザーが本アプリをアンインストールした時点で端末から自動的に削除されます。

ギャラリー等に保存された生成アニメーションは、ユーザーが手動で削除するまで

端末に残ります。

開発者のサーバーにはいかなるデータも保存されないため、開発者側でのデータ

削除対応は不要です。

10. ポリシーの変更

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。

重要な変更が生じた場合は、アプリをアップデートすることでお知らせします。

変更後も本アプリを引き続きご利用いただいた場合は、変更後のポリシーに

同意したものとみなします。
