Shinya Handa（以下「当方」）は、モバイルアプリ「Magic Phone」（以下「本アプリ」）におけるユーザーのプライバシーを尊重します。

1. 収集する情報

本アプリは、**当方のサーバーに個人情報を送信・保存しません**。

本アプリが利用する端末機能は次のとおりです。

| マイク | マジック演技中、端末を伏せた状態で観客が話した数字を認識するため |

| 音声認識（iOS Speech） | 上記の音声を数字に変換するため（Apple の音声認識サービスを利用する場合があります） |

| モーションセンサー | 端末の「伏せる」「持ち上げる」操作を検知するため |

2. 第三者への提供

当方は、ユーザーのデータを第三者に販売・共有しません。

音声認識処理は、Apple Inc. が提供する iOS のシステム機能に依存する場合があります。Apple のプライバシーポリシーもあわせてご確認ください。

3. データの保存

認識された数字は、演技の表示のために端末内のメモリ上でのみ一時的に使用され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。アプリ設定（言語、UIモード、読み取り時間など）は端末内にのみ保存されます。

4. お子様について

本アプリはマジシャン向けの演技補助ツールです。

Shinya Handa ("we") respects your privacy in the mobile app Magic Phone ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

We do **not** transmit or store personal information on our servers.

The App uses device features only as follows:

| Microphone | To recognize a number spoken by a spectator while the device is face-down during a magic performance |

| Speech recognition (iOS Speech) | To convert speech to digits (may use Apple's speech services) |

| Motion sensors | To detect face-down and pick-up gestures |

2. Third Parties

We do not sell or share user data with third parties. Speech processing may rely on Apple's system services; see Apple's Privacy Policy.

3. Data Retention

Recognized numbers are used only in memory on the device for display during a performance. App settings are stored locally on the device only.

4. Children

The App is a performance tool for magicians.
