Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Magic Genie Spin application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Your continued use of the application constitutes your acceptance of any future modifications to these terms. Material changes will be communicated to users a reasonable period in advance of their effective date. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the Magic Genie Spin application, including but not limited to the source code, database structures, artwork, animations, music, text, and graphics, are the exclusive property of the application provider and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the application for your personal, non-commercial use. No right, title, or interest in any such content is transferred to you.
Service Use and Restrictions
You agree to use the Magic Genie Spin application only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are expressly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: (a) using any automated system, including but not limited to "robots," "spiders," or "offline readers," to access the application in a manner that sends more request messages to our servers than a human can reasonably produce in the same period; (b) undertaking any form of malicious traffic manipulation, including but not limited to distributed denial-of-service attacks; (c) attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the application; (d) taking any action that imposes, or may impose at our sole discretion, an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure; and (e) collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from the service.
Termination and Data Management
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Magic Genie Spin application and its services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. All data associated with your use may be deleted from our active servers, subject to applicable legal requirements that may necessitate the retention of certain information for a specified period. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access.
Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be governed by the laws of a mutually agreed jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiations prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
Modification of Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our application after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
Age Limitation
The Magic Genie Spin application is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you are prohibited from using this application. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Information from children under 18.
