[MagicCut] (hereinafter referred to as "we") always puts user privacy and security first. This policy details how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information. Please read it in full and fully understand it before use.
I. How we collect and use information
1.1 Core function data processing
●Local image processing
When you use functions such as smart cutout and background editing, all image analysis and processing are completed locally on the device. The original image and edited files will not be uploaded to the server, but only saved to your device through the system album permissions.
●Cloud synchronization function (optional)
If you actively enable cloud backup, we will store your specified files to a third-party cloud service provider (such as AWS) through SSL encrypted transmission. You can log in to your account at any time to delete cloud data.
1.2 Basic service optimization
●Basic device information
Collect device model, operating system version, unique device identifier (such as IDFA) for compatibility adaptation, crash log analysis and anti-cheating detection (collected through Apple's anonymous statistics API, not associated with user identity).
●Function usage data
Record aggregated statistical information such as function clicks and session duration for optimizing product experience and interface design.
1.3 Disclosure of third-party services
●Payment services
Subscription and in-app purchase functions are handled by Apple In-App Purchase. We will not obtain your payment information such as bank card and billing address.
●Data analysis
Integrate Firebase for anonymous behavior analysis, collect de-identified data such as device identifiers and operation logs, and only use it for service stability monitoring.
II. Data sharing and disclosure principles
●Strictly limit the scope of sharing
○Share necessary data only in the following scenarios: Authorized partners: cloud storage service providers, data analysis service providers (constrained by the contract and only process data within the scope of the instruction);
○Legal compliance requirements: cooperate with legal data retrieval requests from judicial organs or government departments.
● Commercial use prohibited
We will not sell, rent or trade your personal information, including targeted advertising scenarios.
III. Your data control
● Local data management
Directly manage the generated images through the iOS album and file management functions, without deleting them through the app.
● Cloud data operation
Backup files can be permanently deleted in "Account Settings-Cloud Storage", and they cannot be restored after deletion.
● Permission withdrawal
Albums, cameras and other permissions can be turned off at any time through iOS system settings, which may affect the use of some functions.
● Account cancellation
Supports submitting account cancellation applications in the app, and we will complete data processing and identity unbinding within 15 working days.
IV. Security protection measures
● Technical protection
Data security is ensured by using technologies such as AES-256 encrypted transmission, de-identification processing, and access permission isolation.
● Privacy design
Non-essential permissions (such as geographic location) are turned off by default, and face/biometric data is not collected or stored.
V. Children's privacy protection
This app is not for users under the age of 13. If the guardian finds that a child has submitted personal information without authorization, please contact us through the customer service email and we will delete the relevant data immediately.
VI. Policy Updates and Contacts
●Update Notifications
When major terms are changed, notifications will be pushed via a pop-up window in the app, and the update date will be marked at the top of the policy.
