Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Magic Order Rush, a mobile puzzle game provided by EUNHYEOK CHOI.
By downloading, accessing, or using Magic Order Rush, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Service
Magic Order Rush is a casual puzzle game where users play time-based rounds, earn scores, use virtual items, view optional rewarded advertisements, and may purchase in-app products or subscriptions.
The app may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time for service improvement, security, compliance, or operational reasons.
2. Accounts
You may play the game as a guest. Some features, including leaderboard submission, purchase restoration, account protection, and cross-device recovery, may require account connection through supported sign-in methods.
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and device. We are not responsible for loss of guest progress if the app is deleted, the device is changed, or local data is lost before account connection.
3. Fair Play and Security
Scores, coins, boosters, rewards, purchases, and leaderboard records may be verified by the server.
You must not cheat, manipulate app data, abuse bugs, automate gameplay, reverse engineer the service, interfere with server validation, or attempt to obtain paid or rewarded items without authorization.
We may refuse rewards, reject score submissions, remove leaderboard entries, suspend access, or restrict accounts if suspicious activity, duplicate claims, invalid purchases, or abuse is detected.
4. Virtual Items
Magic Order Rush may include virtual coins, boosters, cosmetics, skins, passes, and other digital items.
Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred outside the app. Virtual items are licensed for use within the app and are not owned as property.
We may adjust game balance, item effects, reward amounts, or availability when necessary for fairness, security, or service operation.
5. In-App Purchases
In-app purchases are processed only through Apple App Store or Google Play billing. We do not support external payment methods for digital goods.
Available products may include coin packs, booster packs, cosmetic packs, reward skip benefits, and subscriptions. Product prices, currencies, taxes, and availability may vary by country or platform.
Consumable items are granted after successful purchase verification. Non-consumable items, such as permanent cosmetics or reward skip benefits, should remain available after purchase and may be restored where supported.
Refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
6. Subscriptions
Magic Order Rush may offer an auto-renewing subscription such as Rush Pass Monthly.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Subscription price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown in the store purchase flow before purchase.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewal, but you may continue to receive subscription benefits until the end of the current paid period, subject to platform policy.
7. Rewarded Advertisements
The app may offer optional rewarded advertisements. Rewarded ads are not mandatory to play.
Rewards are granted only when the advertisement is successfully completed and verified. If an ad fails to load, is closed early, is unavailable, or cannot be verified, the reward may not be granted.
Ad availability may vary depending on region, device, network status, ad inventory, and platform policy.
8. Leaderboards
Leaderboard participation may require account connection. We may store and display your nickname, score, rank, submission date, and related gameplay result information.
Only valid scores may be submitted. We may keep only your best eligible score per ranking period or remove duplicate, invalid, suspicious, or manipulated records.
9. Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The app may use authentication providers, analytics, advertising SDKs, purchase verification, and server services such as Supabase to operate the game.

10. Third-Party Services
Magic Order Rush may use third-party services including Apple, Google, Supabase, AdMob, and payment or authentication providers. Your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.
11. App Store and Google Play Terms
If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may apply in addition to these Terms.
If you downloaded the app from Google Play, Google Play’s terms and policies may apply in addition to these Terms.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and the applicable app store terms, the app store terms may apply to the extent required by that platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
Magic Order Rush is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available on every device or network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of virtual items, service interruption, or inability to access the app.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted through the app, store listing, or official support page. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

본 약관은 Cono Labs가 제공하는 모바일 게임 “Magic Order Rush”(이하 “서비스”)의 이용 조건과 절차, 이용자와 운영자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 정합니다.
1. 서비스의 내용
Magic Order Rush는 제한 시간 안에 주문과 같은 재료를 맞추는 퍼즐 게임입니다. 이용자는 게임 플레이, 점수 기록, 랭킹 참여, 광고 보상, 인앱 상품 구매 등의 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.
서비스는 게스트 플레이를 지원할 수 있으며, 일부 기능은 기기 상태, 네트워크 환경, 앱마켓 정책 또는 운영 상황에 따라 제한될 수 있습니다.
2. 이용자의 의무
이용자는 서비스를 정상적인 방법으로 이용해야 합니다. 다음 행위는 금지됩니다.
- 앱 또는 서버를 조작하거나 비정상적인 방법으로 점수, 보상, 재화, 구매 상태를 변경하는 행위
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 부정하게 사용하는 행위
- 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 관련 법령, 앱마켓 정책 또는 본 약관을 위반하는 행위
운영자는 위반 행위가 확인될 경우 점수 삭제, 랭킹 제외, 보상 회수, 이용 제한 등의 조치를 할 수 있습니다.
3. 게임 재화 및 아이템
서비스 내 코인, 부스터, 스킨, 패스 등 게임 재화와 아이템은 서비스 내에서만 사용할 수 있습니다. 게임 재화와 아이템은 현금으로 환전할 수 없으며, 이용자의 임의 양도 또는 판매는 허용되지 않습니다.
운영자는 게임 밸런스, 오류 수정, 운영 정책 변경을 위해 아이템의 명칭, 효과, 가격, 구성, 제공 방식을 변경할 수 있습니다. 단, 이미 구매한 유료 상품에 중대한 불이익이 발생하지 않도록 합리적인 범위에서 운영합니다.
4. 인앱 결제
서비스는 App Store, Google Play, 앱인토스 등 앱마켓 또는 플랫폼에서 제공하는 인앱 결제를 사용할 수 있습니다. 결제, 청약철회, 환불, 결제 취소는 원칙적으로 이용자가 결제한 앱마켓 또는 플랫폼의 정책과 절차에 따릅니다.
운영자는 결제 오류 또는 상품 미지급이 확인되는 경우 합리적인 범위에서 복구를 지원할 수 있습니다.
5. 구독 상품
서비스는 자동 갱신 구독 상품을 제공할 수 있습니다. 구독 상품의 기간, 가격, 혜택은 구매 화면 또는 앱마켓 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
구독은 이용자가 해지하지 않는 한 앱마켓 또는 플랫폼 정책에 따라 자동 갱신될 수 있습니다. 구독 해지 및 환불은 이용자가 구독을 구매한 앱마켓 또는 플랫폼의 계정 설정에서 진행해야 합니다.
Apple App Store에서 구독을 구매한 경우 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약이 적용될 수 있습니다.

6. 광고 및 보상
서비스는 선택형 보상 광고를 제공할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 광고 시청을 선택할 수 있으며, 광고를 끝까지 시청한 경우에만 보상이 지급될 수 있습니다.
광고 제공 여부, 광고 로딩, 보상 지급은 네트워크 상태, 광고 제공사의 정책, 플랫폼 환경에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.
7. 랭킹 및 닉네임
서비스는 점수 기반 랭킹 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 이용자가 입력한 닉네임과 점수는 랭킹 화면에 표시될 수 있습니다.
운영자는 부적절한 닉네임, 비정상적인 점수, 조작이 의심되는 기록을 수정, 삭제 또는 랭킹에서 제외할 수 있습니다.
8. 계정 및 데이터
서비스는 게스트 이용 또는 계정 연동 기능을 제공할 수 있습니다. 게스트 상태에서 앱 삭제, 기기 변경, 데이터 초기화 등이 발생하면 일부 데이터가 복구되지 않을 수 있습니다.
계정 연동 기능을 제공하는 경우, 이용자는 계정 연동을 통해 일부 게임 진행 정보, 구매 복구, 랭킹 기록 등을 보호할 수 있습니다.
9. 개인정보 보호

10. 서비스 변경 및 중단
운영자는 서비스 개선, 오류 수정, 보안 조치, 운영상 필요에 따라 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.
장기간 서비스 제공이 어려운 경우 운영자는 가능한 범위에서 사전에 안내합니다.
11. 면책
운영자는 천재지변, 네트워크 장애, 앱마켓 또는 외부 플랫폼 장애, 이용자의 기기 문제 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
운영자는 이용자의 귀책 사유로 발생한 서비스 이용 장애, 데이터 손실, 결제 문제에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
12. 약관의 변경
운영자는 필요한 경우 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다. 변경된 약관은 서비스 내 공지, 웹페이지 게시 또는 기타 적절한 방법으로 안내합니다.
이용자가 변경된 약관 시행 후에도 서비스를 계속 이용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 볼 수 있습니다.
