Coming to the realization that Cameroonian youth are so distant from the farms for the simple reasons that agriculture is still being practiced same way it was done centuries ago. The status quo of agriculture in Cameroon has not changed and is not attractive to the youth who should be at the frontlines of our agriculture. The result is a decline in agriculture production, the lack of adoption of new techniques and tools in agriculture, and the presence of an ageing farmers’ group unable to feed the existing and growing demand.

In 2021, we launched our first low-cost farm in Cameroon in both animal rearing and crop cultivation. With a vision to pass through several innovative stages and attain being a leading company in sustainable agriculture, greenhouse construction, greenhouse farming and agripreneurship in Cameroon. To be able to standardize our production methods to ensure that we can obtain same farm outputs everywhere on the national territory of Cameroon and beyond.

To be able to achieve this vision for ourselves and our clients, to be the largest producers of specialized crops like cassava, cocoyam's, plantains, sweet potato...etc , the transformation of some of our crops and vegetables into flour, paste and dehydrated forms and add value throughout the agricultural value chain.

Our Maghil Vision Academy to train in sustainable agriculture, greenhouse construction, greenhouse farming and agripreneurship . We aim to improve agriculture by transferring knowledge and technology as a means to develop a pan-African agriculture solution house – a model that can be replicated across many countries of Africa.
