Warm Greetings! My name is Maggie (Rong) HU and I'm currently an Assistant Professor of Real Estate and Finance at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
My main research interests include real estate finance and economics, fintech, banking and empirical corporate finance. My research papers have been presented at several international finance and real estate conferences, and published in leading journals such as American Economics Review, Management Science, Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, Review of Finance, and Real Estate Economics.
