Welcome to my portfolio! My name is Maggie Pate, and I am an art educator recently graduated from Trinity Christian College.  I am also a Golden Apple Scholar, and plan to fulfill my obligation to teach for five years in an Illinois school of need. I believe that education should be positive experience of growth, challenge, and support. I'm excited to create a teaching practice that encourages students to excel both inside and outside of the classroom, building creative skills that they can carry with them anywhere they go!
