I am a field primatologist and a third year anthropology PhD student at Arizona State University. I am broadly interested in chimpanzee behavioral ecology. My research focusses on the Kanyawara community of chimpanzees in Kibale National Park, Uganda and the chimpanzees in the Kasakela and Mitumba communities in Gombe National Park, Tanzania. Throughout my career I have spent 29 months in the field working with white-faced capuchin monkeys, human children, and chimpanzees.
