1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
At Magfirah App, we are deeply committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and secure environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any behavior, content, or activity that harms children or violates their rights.
2. Absolute Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Magfirah strictly prohibits the creation, sharing, uploading, transmission, or facilitation of any material related to Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Any user found engaging in, promoting, or facilitating CSAE/CSAM in any form within the app will face immediate and permanent account termination. We will also cooperate fully with global law enforcement agencies and report such incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and other relevant authorities.
3. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback and Reporting
To ensure active enforcement of these standards, Magfirah provides an intuitive, accessible, and functional in-app mechanism for reporting and user feedback.
Users can immediately report any suspicious profiles, inappropriate messages, or harmful content directly through the built-in "Report" button located within the app's interface.
Our dedicated moderation team reviews all child safety reports with the highest priority, typically within 24 hours, and takes swift action to remove non-compliant content and block violating users.
4. Compliance and Enforcement
We comply fully with all applicable regional and international child safety laws, regulations, and Google Play policies. We continuously update our automated detection tools and human moderation guidelines to prevent, detect, and address any potential threats to child safety.
